SmartDraw's Academic Freedom License gives you the freedom to install SmartDraw anywhere. You can put it anywhere within your department or organization: network, PCs, laptops.
What is a Freedom License?
The Freedom License is an annual site license that allows you to install SmartDraw on an unlimited number of PCs,
or one or more network servers that can be shared by everyone within your school, college or university.
The cost of a Freedom License is one predictable annual fee with:
- No acquisition costs
- No upgrade costs
- No additional license costs
- Free Maintenance & Premium Support
Prices start at the low annual fee of £745 + VAT a year for up to 3,000 FTE's.
FTE = Full-Time Equivalent students and faculty per campus
For example: Your instituation has 2,435 students and 118 staff = 2,553 FTE's
