Delivery Policy

1. Free UK Delivery

All orders with the delivery address within the United Kingdom will qualify for free 1st Class postage sent by Royal Mail. We cannot be responsible for any lost or delayed orders sent by this service, we only have proof of postage from Royal Mail.
Any orders that are lost or misplaced by Royal Mail or not received by the customer after a period no shorter than 14 working days, there is a £9.95 inclusive of delivery and VAT charge for replacement media to be sent out. This replacement will be sent out by Royal Mails Recorded 1st Class service.

2. Recorded UK Delivery

Any orders sent via Royal Mails 1st Class Recorded service and not received by the customer, will be sent out free replacement media. A period of 14 working days must take place between time of postage to the the time of the claim, in order to qualify for free replacement media. If not a £7.95 payment will be required to send out replacement media before this 14 working day period.

3. Special Delivery

Any orders sent via Royal Mails Next Day Special Delivery service and not received the next working day after delivery will be entitled to replacement media sent out via Royal Mails Next Day Special Delivery, at no charge to the customer.

4. International Signed for Delivery

Any orders sent via Royal Mails International Signed for service and not received within 28 working days after delivery will be entitled to replacement media sent out via Royal Mails International Signed for service, at no charge to the customer.

5. Delivery Times

Orders places before 4 p.m. and paid for by PayPal will be shipped out the same day *, if not, orders will be shipped out the next working day *

* - If item is in stock. if the item is out of stock, the customer will be contact immediately and are given the the choice to either cancel the order, wait for the stock to arrive or other alternative
